Where do you source your voice talent?
We source professional voice talent from across the industry, not from one fixed roster or closed database. Because VoiceCasting is not an agency or member-only casting site, we can look beyond a single talent pool and curate auditions based on the specific needs of your project.
How much do your voice over casting services cost?
We charge a flat 15% for all services. This is out of your stated budget, not added on top.
Do I pay the voice talent directly?
No. You pay VoiceCasting and we handle the talent invoices from there. If your project includes multiple voices, we can manage those talent payments for you, so everything stays organized and simple.
What if I don’t like any of the auditions?
If the first round of auditions does not feel right, we’ll talk through what is missing and adjust the search. Sometimes that means refining the creative direction, changing the vocal style, or sourcing additional talent so you have stronger options to consider.
Can I direct my voice over?
Yes. If your project needs a live directed session, we can help coordinate the recording so you can give direction, hear takes, and guide the performance in real time.
How quickly can I get a completed voice over?
Timelines vary depending on the project, talent availability, usage, script length, and whether a live directed session is needed. Some projects can be turned same day, while others need more time for casting, client review, scheduling, recording, and final delivery.
Do you handle projects with multiple voices?
Yes. We can cast and coordinate projects that need multiple voice actors, including commercials, character work, eLearning, narration, explainers, training content, and other multi-voice projects. We can help keep the casting process organized so the voices feel cohesive and appropriate for the project.
